Want to know how this happens?  It’s a slow twitch, strong muscle that is slowly contracted then released like a hinge to close quickly.  The flame shown is real.  The speed and strength of the contraction causes something called cavitation, or vaporization of water.  The bubble is water vapor.  The temperature of the sun is 3000 degrees.
